Union County looks to be deep in Cross Country this year. It seems like the county meet will be faster than it has been in years with a lot of key returners.

Any thoughts?

Whats up with the teams this indoor season? Does anyone know about this benedictine academy team. They just ran 1:54 on FDU track with a drop baton. the leadoff leg ran 25.84 and the anchor ran 26.71 both freshman. They also had two girls in the varsity hurdle finals with another girl at colgate that ran 8.5 in the hurdles and jumped 5ft in the high jump.
